Many of the "growth hacks" we worked on will require buy-in from across CMG and perhaps additional or reallocated resources. These are the 11 video initiatives our group of experts agreed were no-brainers. With existing staff and minimal resources, we can begin implementing these right away, with the likelihood they will boost video audience and revenue


1. A Proper Ending
At the bottom of all text articles with related videos, we should overtly encourage users to scroll back up and watch videos. People often begin scrolling down so fast that they miss the video. This is a layup.
